Sesame Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon ground ginger
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

1. In a small bowl combine first 4 ingredients.
2. Pound the chicken into ¼ inch thick
3. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes basting chicken frequently. OR, you can…
4. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with soy sauce mixture for 8 minutes or until juices run clear.
